It's Spring!

.
Missouri Botannical Garden 2011-03-26 4

Hooray for spring! This was the scene at the Missouri Botanical Garden yesterday afternoon during a late season dump. I mean, the Cardinals baseball opener is four days away and I'm planning to attend, so what's all this then?

This photo was shot in thundersnow. And, gee, soon it will be real spring in St. Louis, with its violent electrical storms and chance of the odd tornado.

The same thing was happening at Citygarden downtown, as illustrated on Downtown St. Louis 365 today.

Ha ha - your title! It's a great picture and although I'm sure you didn't appreciate it, the snow (and scene) is very beautiful.

Very upsetting. Who are we going to blame for this!

Are you planning to make a Christmas card out of this one? I'll buy.

This reminds me of scenes in Central Park by I don't-remember-his-name.

This shot looks TOO familiar to me. What's up with spring? At least the Sox will be in Texas Friday... no snow?

This is so hard for me to grasp when I was at the botanical gardens here yesterday in shorts and shirtsleeves.

You always make me laugh, Bob - in your posts and in your comments. Can't wait to meet you when you get to Menton.

These are two super photos.

That really is a beautiful photo. Send some this way! We could use the moisture.

I have a post today on Spring + it doesn't look anything like this fortunately. Too wimpish here to have snow for more than a couple of weeks in the depth of winter!

impressionnant, je trouve cela magnifique mais surprenant. J'ai vu sur les webcams (et oui, quand je suis en manque, je regarde NYC a travers les webcams) qu'il neigeait sur NYC.
La photo est superbe
