Back in action with the Lensbaby. I am still enjoying the dreamlike, there-but-not there images produced by this lens. This one is particularly pleasing (IMHO) because of the ideal light and intense silvers and blues. The Arch is almost a mirage but not quite. It still seems to have a physical presence; whether you can touch that presence is uncertain.TOMORROW: Winter water skiing in the Mississippi, Part 2 - the reason they do it

The arch almost pops out of my monitor. Actually, this effect makes it hard to comprehend that this structure is qite large. That is one cool lens!

Hello again Bob. Well, I've made it all the way back to 010108 and all I can say is you're one heckuva photographer. I am planning to do a Best of 2008 post of other bloggers greatest hits on New Years Day and I'm having a tough time picking a single fave from SLDP which says a lot about your abilities. I hope people on the portal are paying attention to your work - they could learn a lot from you.
