Thursday Arch Series

View looking at the base of the south leg of the Arch, shot from the north. The picture shows the plates that make up the surface, which looks so smooth from a distance. This photo was taken using a Lensbaby, a special effects lens that keeps a "sweet spot" of focus surrounded by progressively greater blurring. It's easier to understand if you click the link to their web site. Great toy if you use an SLR, either digital or film.

You got the 3G (Lensbaby, not mobile data network from our email convo)? Looks fun.

This photo is different. Not sure what to make of it but it's interesting. Tomorrow's photo sounds intriging.

l'ombre est tres belle, on dirait l'ombre d'une personne (on se croirait dans psychose, la scene de la baignoire). bon weekend

the shade is very beautiful, one would say the shade of a person (one would believe oneself in psychosis, the scene of the bath-tub). good weekend

Wow! I have to say, I think this one of my favorites. There's something very ethereal about it.
