No arch to be seen in this image, just a pillar. This was shot straight at the north leg from Eads Bridge on a cloudless day. The picture shows the plates that make up the skin of the Arch. It looks monolithic. Did Stanly Kubrick know the Arch's designer, Eero Saarinen?TOMORROW: Energizer Bunny (finally)

Aha! This is the one on the wall of my home office. I see it if I look slightly up and to the right when I'm at the computer. Absolutely perfect.
In the portal, I thought "skyscraper," then decided no, it has to be the arch! It is amazing how many different angles there are.
Really great angle on the Arch. It's wonderful to see how it can appear as so many different images.
