Fantastic sky! I really like this shot. It has a classic, film noir feel to it. I don't think it's just the b&w. You've captured an essential sense of brooding here.
Really lovely b/w. There's a similar building in Seattle that has a top like this; I call it the 'Ban (deodorant) ball building.'
And is that the Eiffel Tower almost on the horizon?
