WHAT I DID THAT MAYBE WASN'T SUCH A GOOD IDEA: renewed my subscription to Photoshop User magazine. Thing is, I hardly ever have time to read it (or much else).

très bonne idée ce contre jour, cela rend vraiment très bien.
I like it. Years ago when I was taking a lot of photos the old fashioned way, I used to play around with exposure a lot to get some interesting effects. I haven't tried any of that yet with the new digital equipment.
I underexpose all the time out of ignorance. I haven't got enough sense to do it on purpose. Yours is eerily gorgeous today. You haven't run out of good ideas for the big A.
