The Thursday Arch Series is back from a week off. This picture is looking not quite straight up from underneath. It's a little overblown but that's to make a point. WHAT'S NOT FINISHED: winter. Think spring.
TOMORROW: back to portraits of St. Louis artists with Barbara Merlotti, who does mixed media, photo collage, painting and drawing.

This photo looks surreal, like a scene out of a sci-fi movie. :-)
I think it's the emphasis on the clouds and rays of light that give this photo an artificial feel, like movie magic.
