End Of The Line

.
A sunset HDR image in Webster Groves, where I live (for the locals, this is the track by Big Bend, looking west between Gore and Gray). Not my usual kind of picture but I have a crazy week and I need material for the hungry mouth of the blog. Slap me if I start posting pictures of kittens.

WHAT EVERYBODY SHOULD DO TODAY: go see Virginia at Birmingham Daily Photo and welcome her home from Paris.

TOMORROW:
I think it's oversaturated sky shots through Wednesday.

This is beautiful and ominous at the same time...breathtaking, though.

Bonjour and I am pooped! Guess in the big scheme of things 6 or so hours sleep will do for a while. See you've been playing with the HDR while I've been gone. Webster Groves is looking rather sharp!!! Oh and if you need a kitten photo for tomorrow , I have a cemetery cat photo I will loan you- :)
I'll email you later, have a proposition for you. NO NO NO, not THAT kind silly!

Well I likes it. Nice resonance of the sky's color on the tracks. Also a nostalgic view for me, as this was part of my network of childhood routes. Crossing the tracks mind you, not walking along them.

Whoa, how fabulous. I just took a photograph of sunset from my terrace - felt rather proud of myself and then came back and saw your blog. back to reality for me! This is a stunner. I love the way the light is catching the railway lines. Fantastic.

I bet you'd take great kitten pics...

Nothing to apologize for there Bob.

But if you start posting pics of kittens I'll feel obligated to give you one of those Moe Howard two finger pokes in the eyes and a bonk on head.

If I'd taken this pic I'd be very pleased with myself but I don't know diddly-squat about HDR
