Dress code: you have to be blond, dress in red or black, wear big dark sunglasses and have a drink in your hand. As often noted, St. Louis loves an excuse to imbibe in the street.
Well I am blond Bob and I do wear a lot of black, and I do like to have fun.. not so much the imbibing on the street :) Sounds like you have a super, fun busy weekend ahead, enjoy!
What's the young lady in black holding in her hand in the top photo? It looks like it's a fish bowl and she's dipping her hair in it. Surely it's something else but I don't get it.
