There was a parade of nations at the Hispanic Festival with flags from the Rio Grande to Tierra del Fuego. Above, we see Panama, Mexico and just a bit of one of my favorites, Costa Rica, at the right rear. Below, my other special Latin nation, la hermosa Argentina, with its banner of cloud, sky and sun.
I couldn't resist this last one, forwarded to me from Facebook. Olivier, we have to agree to disagree. For the locals, our annual Stupid Bowl dinner will be held on February 2, 2014. Restaurant to be determined. Like-minded people are welcome to join us.

As your photo shows, the Costa Rican flag is red, white and blue. At the US-Costa Rican soccer match last Friday, everyone in the stand could wear the same colors.
We share connections to Costa Rica and Argentina, as my son lives in Argentina (and is married to an Argentine), and of course we have our condos in Costa Rica.

Fabulous photos that show the colors associated with the festival very well, Bob. Hope your day today at work went much better. About bikers in Portland, there are plenty of motorcycle-riding ones, too. They usually go by too quickly to determine if they are rough-looking, though.
