Tower Grove Park has a fair number of what it calls pavilions, of many different sizes but all in over-the-top 19th Century styles. They are in beautiful condition. Although it is technically a city park, it is so precious that there is a not-for-profit foundation that maintains and improves it. You have to rent the pavilions but it doesn't cost much. They are often overflowing with people in the warm months.
