And other kinds of people followed. We visited Chartres Cathedral, a little more than an hour by train from Paris. I'm so tired (it's late Monday night as I write this) maybe I'll add some more comment in the morning. I imagine they have the same sort of reaction inside a sanctuary not of their faith as others would have in theirs.
It is a majestic space.
