I love seeing people having fun like this. If only we could all be a little more "free" with our emotions and not worry about what others think.

Well he certainly does stand out. I find myself wondering if some of these people lost bets!
That's a friend of mine, Galen Gandalfi; he owns Fort Gondo, one of the first, if not the first gallery on Cherokee Street. He's a great guy, incredibly creative, and does all sorts of interesting things on the street.
I think William may be onto something there!
