I was amused by the reaction of some of our French friends to yesterday's post. The tone was sort of: Un défilé de chien? Incroyable. Il n'est pas possible en France! Perhaps the the difference is that America lacks France's refined sense of irony.

Sometimes the boss and his/her pet are looking similar. Your pictures are the proof. Like them.
Great idea for a parade, as long as people clean up after their dogs.
This dog parade is one of St. Louis' best events! Loved having my dogs parade in their Stars and Stripes sweaters! You really captured the spirit here.
I suspect there were an overdose of wagging tails.
The French just parade theirs on leashes into the cafés ! :) Great shots B. Sounds like a fun gig to photograph.

I always wonder what goes on the dog's minds everytime I see this kind of events.
