Just sitting in my parked car on Broadway when I saw these cyclists coming up from behind. This resonated for me. Back when I was in law school the only transportation I could afford was a bicycle. One night I was zipping down the street in a well lit area when someone opened the driver's door of a parked car in front of me with precision timing. I detached pretty much everything from everything in a shoulder. It's fine now but the incident was scary. So share the road with cyclists.

waouhh, j'adore cet angle, tres bonne idée et photo
Fantastic shot!
By all means. If only French cyclists would heed the same rules as motorists, I'm sure we'd do better.
What were you doing 'just sitting in your car on Broadway', lol?!
It's an excellent photo, perfect timing!
Great catch, is a quick response for a memory and in the background a glance of the arch!
Yes, I, too, love the spontaneity of this shot with the arch in the background.
Well B, I am happy to share but they need to remember that when they're going up a hill at 3 mph, and traffic is backed up behind them that doesn't endear them to motorists. Great shot!
You are so sharp! My niece is left-handed, her husband, who is feeding the baby, is right-handed. You've got my vote, Sherlock, for best detective in the blogosphere.
Now this is what I call a very cool capture! Clever indeed, Bob!
I am always nervous and over cautious when driving in areas heavily with bicycles. As a bicyclist, I have had several close calls.
