The family had dinner Sunday night at one of our favorite restaurants, Nathalie's in the Central West End. The temperature had dropped to the low teens F (around -10 C). We entered the courtyard and found this fountain. It has a beautiful Belle Époque look (as does the restaurant's interior design) but someone forgot the water valve. Hope the pipes didn't burst.

Uh-oh... makes for a pretty photograph though!
Beautifully captured Bob, I can't even begin to imagine this kind of cold!
That could end up being very problematic.
It makes a very pretty photo! I used to love the restaurants in the Central West End. My favorite place was called Cafe Balaban but I believe it's closed now. When I was there it had a very French look to it. I remember on a more recent visit seeing TV screens over the bar which told me that it had changed quite a bit. Now I think it's closed completely.
I'm suprised this isn't a monochrome but it looks good in colour! We're still hovering around the + 10 C daytime temps but finally, at long last, weatherman says they'll drop this weekend. But weatherman is often wrong and it isn't supposed to last anyway...
