Breakfast isn’t a big deal in our house. Maybe some yoghurt and fruit, or just a bagel with cream cheese. The only time I get a full morning meal is at a hotel buffet, and they aren’t worth photographing. So, needing an image for today, I found this picture of a food stand in the rain under the south end of The Highline in Manhattan. Bacon and eggs might be hard to eat on the street, particularly if it’s wet.
Oops, almost forgot that it’s theme day, not something the admin should do. We think we eat a very healthy diet at home but we don’t do anything fancy, certainly nothing photogenic. This picture is from an upscale local restaurant with an open kitchen. I’m impressed with the concentration and care.
From the St. Louis Aquarium. Soft on the eyes and undoubtedly soft to the touch, although I wouldn't stick my hand into the tank even if there were a way to do so. And maybe this is a way to represent soft sound. There is hardly any sound at all.
