Yesterday's photo was taken from about where those people are standing at the center-right. This is facing the other direction, looking down Art Hill, inthe last minutes before sunset. Blue and gold.
You know what? TO me the way the location has been arranged is quite weird. The 17-th century style stone railing on the left side doesn't quite fit with the rest of the environment (country-style). The left-hand side could be in the jardin du Luxembourg, the rest looks like a golf course - no consistency.
You found yourself a good spot for this shot Bob. I really like the viewing points that jutt out from the walkway. The colours are so pretty in this light.
