A face on a mountainside, formed from sediments, uplift and erosion, a process continuing over hundreds of millions of years. Some see the face of a Native American woman, perhaps carrying a burden on her back. It will be gone in a flash of geological time. Photo taken yesterday in Garden Of The Gods Park in Colorado Springs.
I believe she's smiling at your choice for the theme!
ReplyDeleteI see her too!

Yes, I can see her!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful landscape. Yes, I see her.
ReplyDeleteTamera at Colorado Springs Daily Photo occasionally comes into this area... I'd love to visit it.
Now I see her, now I don't! ;-)
ReplyDeleteLOVE your header picture.
I see her. Maybe, many years after this shot, we could see another face.
ReplyDeleteGood theme day post.
ReplyDeleteI believe this is a face that needs a certain light to shine!
ReplyDeleteA great take on the theme. In the grand scheme of things, we're all pretty ephemeral.
ReplyDeleteI do see her Bob, but I might not have if you hadn't mentioned it.. Very cool image for the theme.
ReplyDeleteYes, ephemeral is all relative. We humans are nary a blink. Hmmm...I should have posted a selfie.
ReplyDeleteFun take on the theme.
ReplyDeleteYou caused me to look closer and sure enough...I saw her :). Wonderful!
