You have to be of a certain age to understand the reference in the title.
So there was this van at Grovefest that I suppose you could hire for your kid's birthday; someone's graduation, confirmation or bar mitzvah; or maybe the end of a Federal Reserve meeting. It had machines that blew huge volumes of bubbles over the street. The kids loved it. So did I. It would be hilarious to sneak this in backstage at the next Republican debate.

Love, love, love these images Bob, the last is an absolute delight, looks wonderful BIG!
ReplyDeleteGOP? Someone will burst their bubble. Like that last one.
ReplyDeleteBob, the last photo is so much fun!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, that'll definitely suit the kids nicely!
ReplyDeleteI must be of that certain age....I get it. I love that last photo! Fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI need a machine like that. And I didn't know this particular song by Doris Day.
ReplyDeleteI agree with PDP . The last one is stunning. Lucky bubbles can also be a delight for children of all ages and after bursting don't hurt so much as some others.
ReplyDeleteI love the kids' various facial expressions in the top photo. The contrast between the sharpness of their features and the soft bubbles on the right hand side makes the shot all the more appealing.
ReplyDeleteand yes, the bottom photo is startling.
