    Yes, I can't imagine handling that much air on a windy day would be easy, even in a tutu.. Looking forward to seeing them up and flying Bob!

    The tutu is peculiar! They launch these regularly from a spot near my home, so I often see balloons if I'm out in the later afternoon.
