Yes, I was born and raised in Quincy and lived there until age 21. I attended a few classes at Quincy College (now Quincy University) but, was never a full time student there. It's nice to know your law partner went to school there. Quincy is such a pretty city.
You had me fooled for a second! That looks like fun though you'd never get me to do it. I'd be too busy photographing the arch from every possible angle and lens length (if I had the adequate camera. That goes without saying).
