The view from my front porch yesterday morning. Mrs. C's little Prius could get buried. I know, I know, Birdman and other northern friends, it's not much by your standards but it's a big pain in the booty by ours. And bitter cold again last night.
Still, going through this in pleasant Webster Groves is better than living under the I 55 viaduct near downtown. Which some people do.

Chouteau rings a bell, not sure why.
ReplyDeleteAt least you are actually having a winter which is more than what can be said for us. Sleeping under bridges is bad enough but in such cold weather...
If it were not a work day, and if there were not a car burdened by the snow, this would be a charming scene, from inside.
ReplyDeleteVous avez de la chance d'avoir de la neige, je l'attends toujours pour faire des photos, mais surement pas de neige sur evry cette année
ReplyDeletePar ce temps, la vie des SDF est invivable ;((

ReplyDeleteWe've been in a drought in Colorado for several years. I used to hate snow, but now all I can see is water--not only to fill our creeks and the Colorado River, but for all those people downstream who rely on our river. I used to hate sunshine too, but I got over that.

ReplyDeleteSpring will come when it comes. In several months. These shots work very well in black and white.
ReplyDeleteYou are so right Bob. We must be thankful. I agree with William great looking shots in Black and white.
ReplyDeleteI will let Birdman give you grief about your wintry moaning. (My right to do so is in suspension while I am down south!)
ReplyDeleteI read over the list of famous people from Webster Groves and saw Harry Caray and Phyllis Diller -- and even a convicted pedophile -- but I didn't see your name. You need to update Wikipedia tomorrow!
Yup, you've always got to look for the positives Bob!
ReplyDeleteThis is Winter. Our snow is gone btw.
