Koi At The Botanical Garden

While we wait a bit for material from this weekend's photo ops, I am posting an image from the koi pond at the Missouri Botanical Garden.

    Someone got arrested a few years back for having these fish at his restaurant. Evasive species, I guess in Maine. Bad boy!

    We go to Newport Beach, California in the summer and the hawks swoop down and grab the koi fish from water features.
