A few scenes from the pro-level men's race at the Tour de Grove. Above, the leaders jockey back and forth for top position. First below, the pack whizzes by me while I sit on the curb with a wide angle lens. I took yesterday's portraits moments before.
j'aime bien la deuxieme photo, on est dans la course. De belles photos, c'est pas tres facile de faire des photos de courses cyclistes
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, Bob, you certainly have taken a whole lot of fantastic photos. Thanks for sharing them!
ReplyDeleteAny shots with bikes in them are good shots!
ReplyDeleteThe gritting expression on the face of the rider on the left of your top photo is priceless.
ReplyDeleteThey do look fast...
ReplyDeleteLove your two days of bicycle photos. Excellent. Getting us in the mood, over here, for the Tour de France. Cycling has to be one of the hardest sports.
ReplyDeleteShould have said three days ...
ReplyDeleteSo different from the way I ride my bicycle!
ReplyDeleteBoth the top and the bottom photo clearly demonstrates the amount of energy required to bike and compete; check the leg muscles and facial expressions.
ReplyDeleteThe tense expression of the rider on the left in the first photo is what first drew my eye. I hope he managed to pull ahead.
ReplyDeleteGreat series here Bob.
