Labor Of Love

.
Labor of Love 3

The opening night reception for the Labor of Love art show took place last night at Soulard Art Market. As I mentioned yesterday, I have one photograph in the show. It was never explained whether the labor of love referred to the process of creating art or the subject of the work or art. I went with the second approach in a photo of chanting Tibetan Buddhist monks.

There was a big crowd and a lot to see. It may have been too intense for some people.

  1. That's hilarious. YOu should have let us all caption the second photo. :)

  2. Great bottom photo and I agree with V. - while your caption was funny I'm sure many more could have come up.

I hope your labor of love photo makes it to the top. I think it's stupendous.

In fact we're having a photo contest here in March - it's part of the "globetrotter festival" held 18-19-20 March and the theme for this year is 'the colour red in travel' - I think your photo should be entered.

The only thing though is I'm not sure what the prizes are but I think they're mainly travel guide books in French - possibly not what you'd like to win ! :-)))
