The view from across the Mississippi on a day with a dramatic sky, shot with a Lensbaby. The big news for Arch photography is that the new overlook on the river opposite the monument finally opens on Saturday. I plan to be at the dedication ceremony, although I may have to fight for tripod space afterward. No doubt there will be zillions of pix taken there in the months to come.
There is a new Arch photo
today on GATEWAY.
A lensbaby, eh? Wow! L'arche est un élément aussi naturel que le ciel in this photo... Magique!
ReplyDeleteThis is the most convincing case for a lensbaby I've seen so far!
ReplyDeleteNice shot. Really nice.
Another wonderful, wonderful photograph. Please surprise us one day with a coffee table size book of photos of The Arch - dusted with a sprinkling of your street photos!
ReplyDeleteThis is simply stunning facade of B+W image
ReplyDeleteGood photography here
No doubt that there will be zillions of pix taken there but no doubt either that yours will be among the best. I look forward to this opportunity for renewed shots of the magic arch.
ReplyDeleteThis one is a stunner!
I enjoyed your Barbie feet tremendously. We could rely upon you for a creative shot, I wasn't disappointed!
Of my two daughters one played with Barbie dolls a lot, the other was never interested. I can't say it's made a huge difference in what they are today.
Ah the Lensbaby strikes again. I'd like to see what it could do with la tour Eiffel. Did you get to try that when you and Mrs. C were here??

PS We're off to the Rodin in a bit. I"m sure there will be some interesting "anatomy" comments coming from our 4 year old Davis! HA
Spectacular use of B&W and the Lensbaby, the result is amazing!
