CDPB Monthly Theme Day: Yellow

.
I dunno. It's what popped out of my feverish brain. Interpret it as you will.

WHY DID MY iPOD CROAK?
Don't know. Maybe Apple planned it that way.
But wait a minute. I'm writing this on a MacBook. Should I be worried?

  3. Love the egg - it looks so luscious I want to dip my toast fingers into it! Do you remember toast fingers? Comfort food as a child and went with soft boiled eggs.

Cute aliens or baby eggs alongside!

  4. I'm cracking up, Bob. And Sally made me laugh even harder. And Jilly's so sweet about the cute aliens.
Well, bingo, Bob. I frequently give presentations to parents on how to speak with their youngest children about sex, and I nominate this as the most wonderful illustration of conception I've yet seen. Eat your heart out Lennart Nilsson, you got nothing on Bob! This is a likely nomination for a Theme Day post of the year recognition for wit and creativity. You are SO ready for Paris. :-)

And Jilly, I love poached eggs and toast for breakfast, I think, like you, because soft boiled eggs and toast were always something my dad made for me when I didn't feel well. The ultimate comfort food!

  6. PS, It's the universe telling you that you need an iPhone. 3G. Trust me. It's like a touch iPod on speed. Camera, email, satellite navigation, internet, and about a billion available apps. Oh, and it plays mp3s and you can use it as a flashlight. Swiss army knife not included. -K.

  7. Was it as good as it looks? Take a little piece of baguette, lightly spread it with salted butter and smash the yolk. Oh, I've ruined it have I? Sorry! Great great shot!

  8. You've put a smile on my face first thing in the morning!!

Take your iPod to the Apple store. Mine quit a while back and a clerk fixed it before I ever got to the service desk.

  10. I'm cracking up ( no pun intended, or maybe it is)! You've made my day for sure. Begs the question,
" Who is my baby daddy?"

Sorry about you IPOD. Maybe some of tunes did it (tee hee). DON"T get a new Shuffle. The controls are in the earpiece instead of the player which spells trouble. It has some dude on it the tells you in a computerized , lounge lizard, voice announces the next song. How annoying is that!!! Kim's right, they may can fix it.

  19. After looking at all the other postings I love how creative you were with the idea of yellow. I thought that it was hysterically entertaining and just goes to show that not everything needs to be pretty or serious, especially with photography. Not meaning to demean the other posters but I do think many of them took an easy way out of capturing yellow. Goes to show a little ingenuity goes a long way to entertain. When it comes to your comment “interpret it as you will” what ideas do you have on the interpretation? I noticed though that this posting is pretty different from your previous posts, I, and I am sure others, would enjoy seeing more of this kind of lighthearted fun photography!
