Happy Happy Joy Joy

.
The members of the Strangetastes family are doing the Happy Happy Joy Joy dance! My wife and I waited about an hour and forty-five minutes to vote but it was worth it. We wish the best to President-Elect Obama and hope for a fresh wind blowing across our country. Join us, Ren and Stimpy in dancing for joy.

TOMORROW:

  3. Love the Happy Happy Joy JOy song! I'm falling about. After the emotion of such a wonderful night, many tears - the song was a tonic.

As I said on my blogs, thank you America for voting for this exceptional man - a leader for America - charismatic, intelligent, lucid and calm - just what the world needs at this time. Change has come and it's GOOD.

  9. I've just loved looking at the portal today- there have been so many pictures of Obama it's been brilliant. I didn't watch the coverage at the time as I was so scared the opinion polls had got it horribly wrong. But it was great to wake up to the tail end of his acceptance speech. What a great day not just for America but for us all over the world.

  10. Love Ren and Stimpy's version of the fist bumb - the "butt bumb." A great day indeed! I was fully prepared to join other expatriates abroad if yet another election was stolen from American voters. Let's hope Obama is the beginning of the end of the "Me" mindset and the divisive, conservative profession of promoting two separate USAs.

  11. And if you thought voting for President was fun, wait until you see the January theme day ballot just waiting for you to make your voice heard! 8^)

  12. Thanks for doing the right thing. Obama is needed for the world, not just America. An extra thanks for Ren and Stimpy who I haven't seen for far too long. McCain and Palin surely.

  13. Even those of us who voted for McCain love to see the happy emotions running high all around the US. Here's hoping that President Obama is great for our nation!
