This is the scene in the suburb of Valley Park, just about at the crest of the flood. There were lots of gawkers and picture-takers but nearly as many television news crews. In the middle background above is I 44, built up on a wide berm. The flood barely missed inundating it. The state highway department expected to close the only major highway to the southwest but the water didn't quite get that high. They lined the outer lanes of the road with interlocking concrete blocks, covered them with huge plastic sheets and weighed those down with sandbags.TOMORROW: Land's End

It freaked me out little bit to see all those flood in your city. I heard from news some of cities outside Cleveland have the same problem too with flood. Anyway, I sent you an email.
