Downtown on an autumn evening with my camera and tripod. The Arch, about two blocks away, reflects silver from its spotlights and orange-pink from the sodium vapor street lights, while surrounded by the black sky over the Mississippi River.

Wow! There was a documentary on PBS about the arch Tuesday evening that made me think of you and wondered if you had any arch pictures. That's such a great subject to have there. I'll have to explore your blog, but you could do so much with the arch. Good job with this! Keep up the good work!

Where is Guillaume Tell and his apple ?
ReplyDeleteWow amazing arch. Love your blog.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos.
Ah, deslilas, your comment is subtle. It took me a minute to get it. William Tell? Apple? OH William Tell was an archer who shot an apple off his son's head and this is a picture of the Arch. Very clever.
ReplyDeleteDeslilas is one of our clever bloggers. This view of the arch, like many of your others, is unique.
