Faces In The Crowd

I go to the staging area of the Mardi Gras Parade an hour before start time. People aren't moving much. Everyone loves to be photographed and many of those smiles are, shall we say, a wee bit lubricated (at mid-morning!). 

The light was awfully hard but it made the bright costumes brighter. I can't imagine being loose enough to do this myself.
