Stacks

You could even say it glows. New and old ways to present books. Love the decorated ceiling beams. More of an old European look.

Our Central Library is a lovely building and I am glad for what it does for the community. I must confess, however, that I do almost exclusively Kindle books these days. How else could you carry your own library on, literally, a small tablet that weighs a couple of hundred grams?

The St. Louis Public Library really has done a wonderful job on the renovation!

Beautifully renovated! It's so good to know that they thought it a worthy project Bob. Hopefully there will always be a need for libraries.. such a pleasant environment to do research work!

Perfect alignements in your photos Bob - no distortion, perfect light. Sense of peace and quiet. When you see this you could almost think the world isn't changing...
