CDP Monthly Theme Day: Graffiti

.
Babies and Ronnie

I have a stash of graffiti pictures on Flickr. No new material so I looked around there for the most bizarre shot I could find. This one wins. For those who don't recognize him, that red stencil is the face of Ronald Regan. The photos are from the Mississippi River flood wall where graffiti is permitted.

So have I...

j'aime bien le premier, surprenant ce tag de Regan (surtout qu'il a pas laisser un grand souvenir comme president)

What a weird piece of graffiti. I can't imagine what it means - perhaps it means nothing. It is beautifully composed tho and so must count as street art.

I would not think that Ronald Reagan would be a favorite of graffiti artists.

Ronald Reagan - do you mean some people are too young to remember him? How old does that make us? :-(((

Anyway, your twin photos really work beautifully.

You know Bob, I'm so in love with your arch series I'm glad you posted it as a slideshow in your sidebar. I'm looking at it now and it's absolutely fascinating. If you ever decided to produce it as a CD I would seriously consider buying it (except I assume it would be too pricey for me ;-).

What a wonderful chaos. I mean it in a positive way. Many artists must have worked there. Great shot!
