Warning To Little Red Riding Hood

.
Hey LRRH - I wouldn't go down that path if I were you. There might be fierce animals with matted fur, glowing eyes and long, sharp teeth. One of them might be interested in swallowing you whole. Mmmm mmmm.

These pictures were taken in Forest Park during the same session as yesterday's post. All of them are three-image, hand-held HDRs. The middle one has a Photoshop plug-in that mimics a Holga photo. So this isn't the forest primeval. It's a city park. Just don't forget your torch and pitchfork.

"In a forest primeval sat Little Miss Muffet eating her curds and whey. A Rounder espied her, plied her with cider; now she's the forest's prime evil!"

I don't have my red hood so I'm not scared. These are wonderful, I'm expecting to see Excalibur and a round table around the bend.

I have not tried HDR held by hand. I do like the photographs though.

I've always thought of Forest Park as such an inviting place. I didn't know it could be a scary place too!

These are very nice images. Evocative as well. Wish I took them!

When I was little, I got lost (escaped) a class trip to the zoo. These images match the ones in my head, being lost in forest park at age 10.

Chilling, but perfect. Good job!
